You say, "I praise Christ for His work of the cross." That's my point. You worship a PICTURE, and not the substance. NO work was done at the Cross. Your worship is to a hollow shell. If you knew where the substance was, you would not look to the PICTURE.

Little kids use pictures so they can understand Truth. The Bible is no different. The stories of the Bible are GIVING Biblical Truth to those the Lord wishes to have it. Most of the world is without. They can read the story of the Cross demonstration, and that's as far as their mind can go. The babes of the faith, clinging to the demonstrations of Truth.

The Jews clung to circumcision, animal sacrifies, and obeying the Law. The N/T church, before it died in 1988, clings to the demonstrations of water baptism. Lord's table, and the Cross.

He is a campingweed, like a church weed. He is your idol. His studies of 50 years were of eternal torment and the real Judgment Day. So either Camping has been more faithful for 50 years and now apostate, or apostate for 50 years and now faithful!!!

And if you think God blesses 50 years of apostasy with "sudden truth" you are as deluded as Camping..

And if you claim I am a blinded church weed, then reject the May 21 date, because I was the one who provided Camping with the majority of the information of it!!!

There is no truth to it....and eternal torment is coming

@WT the work of the cross (see Philippians 2:8 "the death OF the cross" not "at" the cross) is the eternal conscious experience of the wrath of God against His people's sins in His own person from the Lord's Supper (at least) through the Garden of Gethsemane to the cross itself whereupon He cried "It is finished." The sufferings of the cross, when Christ appeared in the end of the world to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself, are not some sentimental , empirically verifiable worldly image of a crucifixion but the revelation in Lamentations, Job, Jonah, etc of a conscious eternal torment justly and precisely correspondent to the wages of sin for all His people.

We all start out in darkness. Only a few will end up in the marvelous Light. The Lord had a time line to keep. No one prior to 1988 had a chance of knowing the end of the Biblical timeline. So yes, Mr. Camping taught the lies that the churches still teach today. But, in recent times, the Lord has taken Mr. Camping away from the LIARS in the churches, and has GIVEN him Truth to teach. Something the church weeds cannot bear to hear. They scurry like cock-roaches when the Light is turned on, for they love the darkness of idol worship.

@one, Great story for the church dwellers, AKA satan worshippers. There is little Truth in the words you post. Perhaps the church bulletin board would get you more positive feedback.

Actually, the Lord is using Biblical Truth to smoke out the spiritual 'dead wood' that is so characteristic of 'christianity' today. Over 38,000 denominations, claim to be serving ONE God. Really, they are each individual Religions-Baptists, Catholics, Mormons, etc. All seperate, yet pull a few verses from the Bible, and create their own god. Idol worship at it's finest!!

Mr. Camping is one of the few that preaches from the Bible ALONE, in it's entirety, rightly divided. Everything he preaches can be checked against the Bible. The Bible is the source of Truth. The Bible provides it's own proofs. Your hatred of Biblical Truth, is telling of your spiritually dead nature.

Most of the human race was Created into 'Vessels of Wrath' (Rom 9:22). Throughout history, man never knew he was under the wrath of God. This will change for those alive on May 21, 2011. The 6,750,000,000+ people left behind will KNOW, and EXPERIENCE the Lord's fury. Millions of people will be dying every day. This earth will be an open grave yard, until the Lord melts this cosmos. Just as folks had no choice of Salvation, folks also had no choice to be chosen to be Vessels of Wrath. Things aren't looking to good for those who hate Biblical Truth.

Wrong!!! He "alters" the Bible by saying that Rev 14:11 and Rev 20:10 was "translated wrong" when it is translated correct.

He says Christ's return is "invisble' when the Bible says "every eye shall see Him" Rev 1:7, Matthew 24:30

He says Judgment Day when all stand before Him is "no more' when the Bible says all stand before Him

He says the Cross is a fake, when the Bible says it is real

He says Matthew 24:36 is "negated" when Harold Camping came into the world...

Everything he says goes "against" the Bible

You are following a false prophet and "greater condemnation" comes upon unsaved teachers - James 3:1

And rest assured, that is not talking about one's rotted bones!

I stand by what I wrote. Anybody can listen to Mr.Camping preach. Anybody can check out what he preaches in the Bible. Problem is, people don't check Camping out against the Bible, but against what their CHURCH teaches. The Bible, and church doctrine, do not agree. The churches have morphed into their own individual religions, that 'borrow' from the Bible.

Without being born again, you are without Truth (Christ). You cannot understand the Kingdom of God. You are not alone. Most of the world shares your spiritually dead condition, including many posters on this forum. Posters who lift up the DEAD church at Christ's expense. That's called idol worship.
